if you don't know LaTex please use ^ for exponents and lots of parenthesis.

I am guessing your first problem is

\frac{x^{\frac{1}{2}}}{x^\frac{3}{4}x^{-2}}

so in non latex (x^(1/2))/((x^(3/4))(x^(-2)))

It I guessed right let me know and I will finish the problem.
