Choose two colors at random. What is the probability that both are silver or white?

I'm learning disjoint and independence right now in statistics. I believe that these are independent, so would it be 0.176 * 0.172?

Thanks
Depends, when one is chosen, is it replaced? Because then it will affect the probability of the second one chosen.
