No.

Pre-Calculus is consists of functions and analytic geometry (graphing).

Solid geometry is not really taught in American schools. The basic facts can be derived from plane geometry. I am taking a civil engineer course right (funny how I ended up there). What you really need to know are vectors. They are so important. You do not really need to know so much about functions and graphs. You need to be familar with some calculus and it helps a lot knowing trigonometry.
