that's just about my bed time too, usually, haha.
during the weekdays, i get up either 9am or 11am. depending on the day. so i chose the average of 10am for my answer.
you don't get a good rest going to bed at that time. even if you get 8 hours of sleep, it won't be worth it if you go to bed at 4am. i know this, yet i keep doing this to myself. Jhevon vs Jhevon
i hear the optimal time to sleep is from 10pm to 6am, if you need 8 hours. 10pm to 5 if you're a 7 hour person. is this true? do you have "normal" people who need less than 7 hours? or is this just a bad habit people break themselves into?
