Default polynomials, not sure if it includes calculus

A polynomial of degree 4 has a triple zero at x=2 and a maximum value of 81 when x=-1. Find the polynomial. Let the polynomial be a(x-2)^3(x-b)
haf tried realli hard to find a and b except i can only get one equation out of it which is wen i substitue -1 and 81 and i get -a-ab=3 if someone could help me find the second equation i would realli appreciate it thanxx !
