$Default$ Fitting curve Excel (XLfit)

Hi,
I have to make a 5-PL fitting curve.
I'm using an add-on for Excel (XLfit), does someone know how to use it ?!! because when I want to apply the 5PL model it doesn't work !
I tested it with values obtained directly from their model equation so it should fit completely perfectly and it doesn't work !!!
Any ideas ?
