Default quanitative analysis

Hi, I have just started stats course at uni and the lecturer posed this problem. I think its fairly easy (but I don't undertand it yet!). Basically we have to decide where and how to use the following tests when quanitative results have been collected from the attached survey.

1) Correlations
2) ANOVAS
3) t-tests
4) chi-squares

I have researched these online but all examples I have found are really indepth and over my head. If someone could please explain to me in beginners terms how these test are useful, in regards to the attached survey, it would be greatly appreciated.

thank you
