Default 3rd quantile

HI,

I would like to have some help with this one please:

X1,...Xn ~ N( mu, sigma^2 )

both E(Xi) and Var(Xi) are unknown

I need to find Maximum Likelihood Estimator for the 3rd quantile

how am I suppose to do that ?!?!
