it almost sounds like you're saying "goodbye," is that what you're doing?

This is an excellent feature, Captain Black. I wish I could use that feature another time in my urgent thread, however.

I like the "thank you" / reputation feature. I thank everyone that responds to my posts with some sort of contribution.

I think anyone who helps someone else deserves a "thank you". Be it a math problem or a laugh...

I like this idea.

Didn't see it at the time because I had joined 3 minutes before I posted that.

I wish you could "thanks" twice when there's an really really helpful post.

As in, I studied this for 2 hours trying to get it and just explained it perfectly with like 10 words!!!!

there are ways you can thank people so that you effectively thank them more than once. but it is really only effective if you have substantial reputation. clicking the thanks button gives the user you thanked one point, however, if you add reputation to that user you can give them anywhere from 0 points, to whatever, depending on your reputation on the site. for you it will probably be the same as thanking by the thanks button. but say, a user like janvdl can add around 3 or 4 points at once by clicking the rep +/- button, while a user like topsquark can add between 20 or 30 points when he does it.

angel.white posted a rep power calculator once, you can find out how many points you give someone by adding rep to them, but i don't remember what thread he posted it in

No that would be about 7 or 8 points I think, Jhevon

EDIT: No sorry, I only give 5 points. Time to work on that...

Well I could program one for the people who are really obsessed with their rep...

EDIT: I did program one... That's how i figured I only had 5 points rep power
