Isnt the mean 1.5? just (3+2+1+0 / 4 = 1.5)? Mr F says: This is only true if each value has the same probability of occuring. To the OP: No offence but this thread is going nowhere for the simple fact that you lack understanding of the basic tools necessary to answer the questions you have posted. You therefore have deeper problems that cannot be addressed in this thread.
