How do I perform rectangular to polar conversions on the TI89 Titanium.
Example, how do I convert 0.613 + 0.199i to polar form?

Go to MODE, set the COMPLEX FORMAT to POLAR.

Then just enter in $\frac{613}{1000}+\frac{199}{1000}i$

when you hit enter you should get:
