Default TI Expression Help program

Does anyone know of a program for TI calculators that returns meaningful error messages when errors occur?

For example, if a function format is wrongly typed, say,

stdDev(1,2,3,4,5), the calculator responds "too many arguments" or "data type error"

A help program would reports this:
"Format: stdDev({x,y,z})"
