Exclamation TI-Nspire CAS Conversion programming

I have just bought myself a TI-Nspire CAS calculator, and having no experience in programming of any kind, I'd like to ask if it is possible to program a way to easily convert simple units such as km/h to m/s.

If anybody have any knowledge of programming on this calculator, and could be bothered writing a simple guide on how to do this thing, I would love the person from here to the moon! (:
