$Default$ Shell and Disk methods to find volume

I REALLY need help on this. I know, leaving things till the last minute is not a good idea!!!!

I need to use the Shell method and the disk method to obtain the volume of a solid y = square root of 1 - x bound by x = 0 and y = 0 rotated about the y axis. PLease help.
