Arrow Calculus Problem - Velocity

An object is dropped form a 75-ft cliff. Its height in feet above the beach after t sec is given by h(t)=75-16t^2.

A) Find the average velocity during the interval from t=1 to t=2

B) Find the instantaneous velocity at t=2

\bar{v} = \frac{h(2) - h(1)}{2 - 1}
