Entered a statistics school (for becoming an actuary, among other choices) and will try to do the first year of masters at the same time.

So this semester, I'm having :
- Integration for probability (doing measures again)
- Optimisation
- Multidimensional data analysis
- Another stuff with data analysis, which I can't translate
- Probability (from end of October)
- English

Masters courses :
- Advanced probability
- Introduction to functional analysis

I may be a little crazy...

Jameson, thanks for asking! I love to talk about myself!
Here are my classes in order of importance to me.
1. Calc 2
2. Formal Logic
3. Physics 1
4. Beginner Tennis.

Calc 2 is awesome! Logic will help with my math head. Physics is exciting, but I really don't appreciate having to tell myself that a freakin' cheetah can accelerate east and then without any change in velocity, turn around \frac{\pi}{2}radians. This is a hard thing to do! I screwed up my first quiz because of this crap! A [em]child[/em] knows that if a cheetah is running in one direction that it has to stop before turing around. This would imply v_0=0. But nooooooo....

Anyway, tennis is gonna be great. I'm by no means a beginner, but getting out on the court is always fun.

Deuce!

Every time we have a course development meeting it seems that I get the topics nobody else wants to do:

I have now acquired in addition to the above: Incoherent active sonar processing

(for the moment "Active Signal Processing" has not been dumped on me, but I am still expecting it to be)

These can't all be university classes, can they? I've never heard of a professor having more than 3 classes at once.

It's a short course (5 days) in Torpedo Systems for Engineers aspiring to be System Design Authorities. The listed titles are individual lectures and a practical exercise representing about 7 hours of delivery in a week

I'm taking two math courses, adv english, chemistry and physics...my goal is to get 90+ but that's going to be quite difficult considering math and science are my worst subjects. :/

I'm finishing my undergrad degree this semester so I get to take an easy course schedule I have Anthropology I (gen ed stuff, ) , Advanced Russian Grammar, Stats II (decided I should finally start learning stats) and a Independent Study course where I'm translating Dostoevsky essays.

I am looking forward to finishing up my degree and moving onto to something new. Very excited for this semester.

Hope to hear about you guys soon,
Jameson

I am doing 3 courses this year; one on Algeba, one on Pure Analysis, and another on Geometry and Topology.

They are taught via video confrencing, which is fine, apart from the fact I have to go to seminars which trump the Analysis lectures.

My goal is to survive...

Advanced Russian Grammar
Really!!??? I'm from Kyrgyzstan- I moved to the States about 2 years ago, and my mother tongue is Russian. How is it going for you? A lot of people think that it's hard, but to tell the truth some of the English phrases and sayings are hard to wrap your head around.

I'm impressed that you're an undergrad student who has time to administer a site like this...haha

I'm taking Calc 2, Paleontology, Speech, Ethnic Studies, Adv Track and Field, Varsity Cross Country(although the last 2 aren't really classes...)

My goal this year is to finish up my 4th semester here and to transfer to Columbia hopefully...If not I have a backup lol
