Try Fraleigh and Beauregard.
Or Strang.

Almost all of these books you fit. Download them all.
If you are going to study physics in the future, then you will need to take more than one course in linear algebra (from Introduction to Advanced).

Personally, I liked this book #92 A First Course in Linear Algebra (2008, 938 pp.) Beezer R. A., even though I have not looked through all 147

A short, sharp, to-the-point book is this one by Sharipov (it's free), I liked it:
[math/0405323] Course of linear algebra and multidimensional geometry
