I can even make it availible offline with windows .exe files.

You could program a 3 dimensional molecules motion of a gas. I don't have any idea how many molecules would be somewhat realistic while not slowing down drastically your computer. Maybe try with 20 molecules, then 100, etc.
You'd have to do some research in order to know what physical laws you'd have to input in your program. Good luck!
