Default Is there someone that would like to chat a minute with me about university in England

Hi! I'd like to study in England but I need informations. Then I'd like to chat with English student, a non-UK (European) it would be perfect. I read a lot of thing on the web but I need to talk with a real person because I'd like to know a real student life experience.

Is there someone, that is studying in an English university, that would like to chat a minute with me, please?

I'm sorry because of my bad English, but I'm not English, and sorry if i wasn't quite polite.

thank you!

Ciao Pippo!

I'm a Scottish student studying at a Scottish university if that helps? I believe the system is roughly the same, apart from finances.

What information do you need?

Not entirely. For instance, a Scottish honours degree takes 4 years, but an English one will only take 3.

That said, I don't know why you would go to England when you can come to Scotland instead!

It's cold and wet enough down here, why would one want to be colder and wetter (other than for financial reasons).

My recomendation would be to go some where warm, but that is probably just my age showing.

(given the OP is from Italy they may find the climate more of an issue than they imagine form afar)

Most of the top notch universities in the UK are in England (notice the word most). Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, Warwick, Bath, Bristol, Manchester etc.

This years league table puts a Scottish university in 4th position, and Glasgow University ahead of Manchester. Though I personally find them to be useless misrepresentations.
