Ever notice the disclaimer on car ads?
We see a lovely car wheeling down a country road.
At the bottom it says: "Professional driver. Closed road."
Why?
I imagine this scenario: Bubba and Junior see the ad
and try it in their neighborhood.
They flip their car and sustain severe injuries.
They hire a lawyer and sue the car manufacturer.
"Hell, I seen your ad and thunk I could do that!"
And they win!

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain." - The Litany Against Fear, "Dune" by Frank Herbert |

RonL | I get what you are saying, and i agree. But still, something had to inspire these "smart lawyers" to come up with such warnings. |
