It fell onto a person on the ground, killing him instantly.

A bus driver who was fascinated and watching the incident, hit a pedestrian because his attention was distracted.

A passer by on the side walk got a heart attack from seeing all this.

I heard something else a long time ago.

A grandmother was killed because she was run over by a motorcycle driven by a bear wearing a baseball cap.

Apparently, what happened is that the bear was a trained to ride on a motorcycle in a circus act, it escaped and drew over a grandmother, the baseball cap was part of an act.
