I am not familar with any online pdfs about PDE's. However, I do know a book which I really like. Before I say what it is I need to say that most books on PDE (at least the ones I seen) are absolute garbage. They are the standard mathematical physics trash. Do not explain really that much and mostly feature all different equations and how to approach them. The book that I have and really like is
Basic Partial Differential Equations by Beekler. Despites its name it happens to be more advanced than most standard mathematical physics book on this subject. It is written in a mathematical way as opposed to a physics way. Therefore, it has proofs to all the existence, uniqueness, and stability theorems. It also has a section on integral transforms (like Fourier). It proves all of the theorems about transforms in a rigorous way, unlike again, mathematical physics books. It is not that expensive, suppisingly. This is the book I used for my college course.
