thx | "Different" and "unusual" are rather vague words. Do you have something more specific in mind?

so i can't give you something more specific, mm if you can show me what you have in mind that close to my words that i said it will be good.
you see i want to make a tattoo of it and i'm looking for a sign that define's me as an unusual person, so i thought there must be a math sign for that and it will be cool to see it if i like it and s h i t.. so like i said if you getting to what i say show me some options please, thx mate.. |

However you should check by looking up "aleph" in wikipedia or something... |

In set theory, Georg Cantor developed a theory where infinite sets have different sizes. For example, there are more numbers in between zero and one then there are integers.*)

In fact, I once I this site constructed a set which cannot be contained in a cardinal number. Apparently, I violated a rule in set theory which made everything that I was doing false.
For example, the "set of all sets" is not a valid set because any set must be contained in a cardinal number. But it is not.
Do you know just love math because of things like this? Just image somebody asks you what are you doing....? An engineer says 'I am trying to build a bridge'. A biologist says ' I am trying to reduce viral infection'. A physicist says 'trying to make light travel faster'. But a mathemation says 'Trying to make sets so large that they cannot be contained in anything'. It just sound so funny. |
