Default How to make ice-cream from ice cubes.

Its 45°C temperature today in my town. So ice-cream is my target, but my Refrigerator is really bad so I can only have Ice-cubes from it.

I saw this method on Discovery Channel So this is the method if anyone else wants to know

Materials

-Milk with Cream
-Sugar & Salt
-A small air tight packet(able to hold the amount of cream)
-A air tight plastic packet (able to hold 3 small plastic packets)
-Flavoring agent

Method:

-Fill half of the bigger bag with ice cubes

-Put 4-8 tablespoon of salt

-Give the packet one or two jerk

-Put the sugar, cream & flavor in the smaller bag, and zip it

-Put the smaller packet in the bigger packet

-Zip the bigger one as well

-Shake the packet for 10-15 mins.

Open the zip take out the smaller packet (hopefully your cream will be frozen)
Cut the lower end of packet and put the ingredients on a cone and serve it
a similar pic give your eyes some burden

Anyone wants to know the working can ask for it. I will give you the reason (if you dont know)

This was a blast from the past -- we used to do this every summer at camp! One word of advice: To prevent salt from contaminating the ice cream, use a brand new plastic bag for the ice cream itself and seal the zip strip shut with packing tape. Or, you can get one of these:

Ice cream mix, ice, salt, kick it around for 15 minutes and voila! For nostalgia value alone, I still like the baggie method, though.
