Default What time do you wake up in the morning?

I suppose you can answer if you have to work or if you don't. I'm looking for the usual time. Last semester I got to wake up around 10:30am everyday and much later on weekends. Soon I will have to get up at normal times of 7-9am and I'm dreading it.

I usually start univ at 8:30, so I get up at... 7:45-8:00
On holiday, I usually wake up before 9:00, so I guess I have to choose 8am...

This past semester, I would get up anywhere between 9 and 10 AM...after getting to sleep at 1, 2, or even 3 AM

However, now that I know my Fall Schedule, I'll be getting up anywhere between 7 and 8 AM... XD

I wake up go running, Cook breakfast, and read the newspaper. I usually finish all this about 7:30 am. Then I catch the bus down to campus at 7:55. Then I get a cup of coffee, go to my office check my e-mail and such. Then off to class at 9:00 am.

I like to have lots of time to do everything. I don't like to be rushed, and I don't like drinking coffee during class.

I want to become more of a morning person, but I just can't do it. I love the hours of 1am - 3am. I feel really awake then.

When I get to sleep in, I usually wake up at 12:30 - 1:00 in the afternoon (which is what I voted).

When I work, I wake up at about 7:00 am.

I usually sleep around 3:00 am.

I go to bed at around 1:00am and sleep around 3-4 am because I have difficulties to sleep. I wake up at 7:30 am, yes very hard. (Sleepy all the day and less sleepy at night).

that's just about my bed time too, usually, haha.

during the weekdays, i get up either 9am or 11am. depending on the day. so i chose the average of 10am for my answer.

you don't get a good rest going to bed at that time. even if you get 8 hours of sleep, it won't be worth it if you go to bed at 4am. i know this, yet i keep doing this to myself. Jhevon vs Jhevon

i hear the optimal time to sleep is from 10pm to 6am, if you need 8 hours. 10pm to 5 if you're a 7 hour person. is this true? do you have "normal" people who need less than 7 hours? or is this just a bad habit people break themselves into?

Between 12:00 AM to 2:30 AM I find something to do on the internet* (it is too late for math) if I do not have college homework (this semester college wasted a lot of my time) .
When I go to sleep it can take between 1 to 2 hours before I fall asleep. I start thinking too much. If I am not thinking about math then I have some other time consuming things to think about. For example, I might come up with a list of reasons in my head why pedophilia is not always so bad as we are told it is. Then I finally wake up late. Today my soul awaketh at 11:58.

During the 2008 Beijing Olympics I used to wake up at 4 PM because I watched LIVE Olympics (you need to take account in the time zone difference). Ask Moo, she is my witness. After I watched Olympics till 5 AM I signed into Skype to find Moo there, then I talked with her for like an hour, haha, so I went going to sleep at 6 AM or 6:30 AM. This was an awesome way to spend my 2 weeks. .

*)The last few days I was watching all Penn & Teller's Bu****** episodes before season 7 starts. I am close to achieving that.

Well since I have just got up, I can tell you the clock reads 03:29 now, so I must have got up at about 03:15.

I usually try to stay in bed till after 04:00, and on weekends till 06:00.
