Help me select math topics

Hi,

My school doesn't offer any math courses past Calculus BC, and I've already completed Calculus 1 & 2 during the summer at a university summer program, so my math teacher agreed to do a 1-on-1 course with me.

We've decided to work on multivariable calculus after January, but from now until then, we will be doing general topics of interest.

I was wondering if any of you could recommend some topics to look at? Anything, really--doesn't need to be calculus--just something interesting and that I'd be capable of doing with my current background.
