How many ways can you distribute 42 objects among 8 people if the first 4 must get exactly 25 between them?

Is it:

$\frac{8!}{4!4!}4^{25}4^{17}$

or just:

$4^{25}4^{17}$

or neither?

I think that this is very odd question.
But the answer I would give is: $\binom{42}{25}4^{25}4^{17}$ .
