What is the result of this procedure?

$\frac{4}{10} + \frac{9}{10} - \frac{12}{10}$

$\frac{13}{10} - \frac{12}{10}= \frac{1}{10}$

What exactly don't you understand? They make there solutions look good, by using LaTeX. If you want to see what code they put in, just click on one of the solutions and a window will pop up and tell you what code they used, that's mainly how I figured it out.
