$Default$ Line problem

Let point $M(-2,-1,3)\in$ of line $l$
Write the equation of $l$ in space if it is parallel with plane $5x-y-z-4=0$ , and $l$ is perpendicular with line $d$ that is given with the system of equations (from the planes) $\pi1: 3x-y-5=0$ and
$\pi2 : 2x-z-2=0$
