I'm having a little trouble with this question and don't know where to start.

If the length of tangent JM is 10 and JP is 4, find PQ.

Try using the Secant-Tangent Theorem.

$(JM)^{2}=JP\cdot{JQ}$

$(10)^{2}=4\cdot{JQ}$

$\frac{100}{4}=25=JQ$

Therefore, PQ=25-4=21
