Default [SOLVED] Tangent question

I'm having a little trouble with this question and don't know where to start.

If the length of tangent JM is 10 and JP is 4, find PQ.

Try using the Secant-Tangent Theorem.

(JM)^{2}=JP\cdot{JQ}

(10)^{2}=4\cdot{JQ}

\frac{100}{4}=25=JQ

Therefore, PQ=25-4=21

Yeah, there's a mess of them. But they sure can be handy to remember. If one didn't know it, it would be tricky trying to figure out.
