Could anyone help me with this 3D figure proof?



I don't care if its a paragraph proof, a flow proof, or a 2 column proof, whatever floats your boat =D

Since QC belongs to both triangles they must be congruent because of SAS:

Two triangles are congruent if the lengths of two sides and the value of the included angle are equal.
