Default TSA of a cone with 465ml volume

i require help with a project,

i need to find out what the Total Surface Area of a cone with a volume of 465ml
if you could post all workings out aswell that would be greatly appreciated

let h be height and r be radius
the volume of cone=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^2 = 465
the total surface area is given by
TSA=\pi r^2+2\pi r \sqrt{r^2+h^2}thus either height or radius of base should be given in the question
