Hi to all..
This is suresh doing Phd in Bioinformatics. Hving little knowledge about Maths...

I am having doubt in calculation of Torsion(Phi, Psi) angles. Will u clarify me?
i m having coordinates(x, y, z) for 4 atom..
i want to calculate Phi Psi angle (Torsion angle). I think some mathematical formulae or Mathematical calculation have to be done.
But i dont know the formulae regarding tat...
If u know means let me know...
