You can do this yourself, just test what happens when b=0 and b=1 and b=2 and b=3 and so on until you get to b=11

Then just count up how many times a came out to be a positive integer.

Default

3a=10+7b
b>0
since with any b ,a will be positive in this case,that match the criteria
so be can be 0=<b<12
and with b=11 a=29
ad with b=0 a=10/3
so 10/3=<a<=29
