Default generalized eigenvector

Hi,

Thank you for your help before. I have a new problem that I am straggling with. Would you help me

Suppose that A is an nXn complex matrix that every vector in Cn is a generalized eigen vector of A.
Show that A has only one eigenvalue.

Show that there is no proper subspace of Cn that is invariant under A, or give a counterexample.

Thank you!
