Is this for a certain (group of) questions or is it just theory work?
Because I could answer your question that you were set and also show you the theory.

If you round up to 3 decimal places, you increment the 3rd decimal, no matter what the 4th decimal is.

For example: 191,1835 approx 191,184

But also, if you had to round up and it was 191,1830, it would also round to 191,184
