1. Of three positive intergers, the second is twice the first. and the third is twice the second. One of these intergers is 17 more than another. What is the sum of the three intergers?


2. The length of a rectangular playground exceeds twice its with by 25 feet, and the perimeter of the playground is 650 feet. What is the area of the playground?



3. The ratio of boys to girls is 6:5 in one first period class and 3:5 in a second first-period class. If the school doesnt permit class sizes to be less than 10 students, what is the minimum number of total students in the two first-period classes so the ratio for the combinded classes is 1:1
