Default Poincaré Conjecture

Hi everyone,
I need to research/give a presentation on the Poincaré Conjecture and I was wondering if anyone knew of some really good/thorough websites that explain the conjecture in the simplest way possible as well as the recent goings on of Perelman and his contribution. Any current news as well as some history would be greatly appreciated also.

I would start by looking at the Wikipedia artice on the Poincaré Conjecture then following up the references it gives.

Also see this from the Clay Institute, and the other references from the Mathworld page.
