$Default$ streg command in STATA

Hi!

I've got a question about fitting distributions to data in STATA. I've got some catastrophe loss data and want to fit a distribution to that. Can I use the command 'streg' to do that? Every documentation I found said it is applied to survival data, so I'm unsure.

Would appreciate your help.
