However, it is illegal, that is why the forum does not have these downloads available. If you are a person who is concerned about the law then it is illegal, if not, then you would have to go to a different website to download those kinds of things. | | The following users thank ThePerfectHacker for this useful post:

| | And, you, as a moderator, in keeping with the ethical principles of the forum, would probably not give me, a worm, a hint as to where such discrete and ignoble websites may be found? wink wink, grin grin, say-no-more?
I'm looking for Maple, Sigma-Plot,etc........
Or would you? |

(You can get most of these in no-install versions which will not modify the registry and will run off of a pendrive - at the cost of longer boot times)

Or would you? | I obviously don't speak for the moderators for this site, but giving information about illegal file sharing websites is not only against forum rules, in some places of the world it is illegal.
CaptainBlack has made a very good point about open source software, not only is a lot cheaper, in a lot of cases it is as good as the best paid alternative. | | The following users thank craig for this useful post:

I like the irony that your signature implies. A communist, libertarian, Marxist, South Park watcher, that enjoys a good nuclear holocaust. You must be liberal. A plus in my eyes. |

I will fix it to remove confusion from people in the future when I am not lazy. That is one thing I will never be. |

| | Just like others have said, don't talk about or ask for illegal things on MHF. That's to protect us and not have to deal with any legal issues.
