First: I mean Masters/Ph.D. when I say graduate school.

Second: The presentation preparations are going well!! I'm currently working on a Torus graphic (pm me your email if you're interested in seeing what I currently have).

Last: I'm under extreme amounts of stress...that's what I get for taking 4 undergrad and 2 grad classes + 2 tutoring jobs + 2 calculus seminars + GRE exam this monday...><

I realized my calling is Algebraic Topology. I love the differential geometry class I'm in right now [even though its hard], and I love algebra. As a result, I'm probably going to do an independent study on Algebraic Topology in the spring.

Hmmm what's graduate school exactly ? I'm having a course in masters level, but since I entered a statistic school, I go back to the last year of undergrad level

And it's all boring... Within two weeks, I've only done stuff I already did last year lol. Although now I'm sure I really like probability. And analysis as well.

Did you start graduate school yet?

Well I'm surviving the Chicago heat (its pretty steamy here today...but severe thunderstorms are on the way.. xD). I only had a 2 week holiday before starting school for the summer. Algebra is interesting when its a Saturday class...that's roughly 7.5 hours long...for 6 weeks... XD

I'm also doing research on computational contact topology, and that is very interesting! All this Algebra + the research has motivated me to become an Algebraist, Topologist, or Algebraic Topologist!!
