Default Power and Energy

Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks inadvance.

Skid is dragged kicking and screaming to Mike's Physics class. A force of 100 N is applied to Skid over a distance 50 m. If it takes 5 mins to do this, what is the power required? Must use energy methods to solve the problem

P = F d/t so first I tried plug in the values ? (50)/60 secs so I looking for F but what is F in this case. And how do I use energy methods in this case. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Power = ( Force X Distance ) / Time
=

( 100 X 50 ) / (5 X 60 )

= 5000/3000
in joules per second

Well, you have probly done this already but I think they want you to consider the fact that Skid is traveling with a constant velocity(speed) ,as Power = Force X Velocity
