Default in form of fraction

this is my question,
write in form of fraction, simplest form.

ignore the ?'s, i need them there for the dots to stay above the numbers

? . .
0.35

is this it?
? . . ?????????? . .
0.35 x 100= 35.35
? . . ?????? . .
0.35 x 1= 0.35

35.35 - 0.35= 35

35 x 99= 35 = 35 over 99, can't remember how to put it as a fraction

would this be right??

HI

oops , i miss the 2 dots above . This is a recurring decimal , ie 0.353535353535...

let x=0.3535353535... ---- 1

100x=35.35353535... ------ 2

2-1 99x=35

x=35/99

This cant be simplified further .
