Question p=br ; b=p/r ; and r=p/b stuff

>.<; I'm home schooled and I take the Penn Foster high school courses.

I'm into math, but it's driving me nuts.

I'm trying to learn the percentage, base, and rate stuff. It's confusing me terribly.

I may have missed something, but I'm not sure.. I've looked over the book several times now, and my brain is starting to sizzle with frustration.

This is what the example look like for b = p/r :

b = unknown
p = 90
r = 30%

b = p/r Write the formula.

b = 90/30% Substitute the known values into the formula.

90/30% = 90/0.30 = 300 Change the percent to a decimal.
Perform the calculations.

b = 300 Answer: 300

IT NEVER TELLS ME WHAT CALCULATIONS I'M SUPPOSED TO DO!

Am I missing something? Because I'm trying to solve the actual problems, and I have no idea what to do.. Because it didn't tell me what to do.... x_x;

*Edit*

YOU KNOW WHAT!

NEVERMIND!

Eating food, and waking up made my brain work. ^_^;;;; HEHEH... ._.; That's very easy to me now. Sorry for the bother.

I think you followed the instructions pretty well. It said to perform the calcualations and you did. What else is there?
