Default Need to get quadratic equation of dataset from excel graph
I have a set of data that needs to be graphed in Excel and I require the quadratic formula derived from the data. I haven't been able to figure out how to do this from my internet research.

I know that I need to graph the data, and find the max point on the parabola. I cannot figure out how to graph the data in excel though. I have temperatures, times, and optical density values; when I go to create a graph, in asks for an X and Y value, but I have three variables.

Any help would be appreciated!
