9x^5-3x^4-31x^3-13x^2-20x-4=0.

That looks like fun.

I would start by guessing one of the solutions and using the factor theorem. Then long divide by that factor to get a quartic. Write the quartic is a quadratic in y by setting y=x^2. Find the solutions of that, and then the values of x corrresponding to the y's
