Exclamation Fractions again :p


ok... two kids are picking berries. one picked 3/4 of a ice cream pail and the other picked 7/8 of a ice cream pail. which kid picked more and by how much?

once again i just need the procedure... clear enough so that i can explain it tho...

find common den so 3/4 = 6/8

Now you can compare the 6/8 to 7/8, so the kid with 7/8 picked up more by 1/8
