multiplication first, so
(4X4/8)+9+(1/2X3)-4+6 = 2 + 9 + 1.5 - 4 + 6 = 14.5 |

I meant (4X4/8)+9+(1/2X3)-4+6 = 2 + 9 + 1.5 - 4 + 6 = 14.5
so you work out the brackets first and then the rest.
