synthetic division

I was given the problem to divide

[x^5 - (1/3)x^4 +2x - 3] by (2x-3)

using synthetic division.

im stuck because (2x-3) needs to be in the form of (x-c)

any help is greatly appreciated

what would happen to the 2 out in front?
when i do the synthetic division i come up with

x^4 - (11/6)x^3 + (11/4)x^2 - (33/8)x +(131/16) remainder (-489/32)

could this be a valid answer? or am i doing something wrong?

$\frac{95}{32} + \frac{21x}{16} + \frac{7x^2}{8} + \frac{7x^3}{12} + \frac{x^4}{2}$
Remainder $\frac{189}{32}$
