Default Solving for x

I'm not sure how to solve this question:

2^2x - 3(2^x) +2 = 0

Appreciate any help

Let y = 2^x
So we have y^2 - 3y + 2 = 0
(y - 2)(y - 1) = 0
y = 2 or y = 1
Therefore 2^x = 2, x = 1
or 2^x = 1, x = 0
